Research On The Participation Management Of Communist Youth League In The Youth Affair

To build a socialist harmonious society, we should give full play not only to the Party’s core role in leadership and the government’s public management functions, but also to the collaborative capabilities of social organization. Communist Youth League of China, as a rigorous and integrated organization, is the youth group of Chinese Communist Party, and serves as the Party’s assistant and reserve force. Its working object is mainly the youth group. In the current social transition of economic system change in China, the more evident the role of government departments; Under the background of economic system changes of social functions of the party and the government there has been a fundamental change; Structure of political institutions and social organizations in our country, the communist youth league shoulders the important task of the party’s youth work, at the same time also is the main executor, assist the government to manage teenagers dual responsibility determines its dominance in adolescent development. So,improving the participation of Communist Youth League in the management of youth affairs is the urgent need to promote the building of a harmonious society and to achieve the own development of the Youth League in the new era.On the basis of literature review, this article redefines the connotation of youth affair management from a unique perspective of the Communist Youth League, including its features and functions. Specific analysis of advantages and necessity of the Communist Youth League to participate in the management in social transition period is also presented according to the particularity of the developmental stage of physical and mental adolescent growth. Then based on the cognition of three primary functions of the Communist Youth League, the article expounds the status of its involvement in youth affairs, from the perspective of its status, content and effect, thus analyzes the current problems and causes of its participation in youth affairs management. Meanwhile, lessons are drawn through the comparison of the operating mode and status of youth organizations in other countries and regions, so as to put forward a series of concrete recommendations to improve the participation of Communist Youth League in the management of youth affairs, thus to further promote the development of youth affairs.
