Research On New Community Building Of Urban-rural Integration

Nowadays, our country has entered an accelerating period of urbanization. It issignificant that, to explore a way for transformation of traditional farmers to moderncitizens, transition of rural production life style to the city modern life mode, tobalance urban and rural development and to promote the process of urbanization.Based on the relevant theories of public management, in accordance with four steps of"theoretical basis-analysis of current situation–advanced experience reference-countermeasures and suggestions", this paper studies an exploratory research on newcommunity building of urban-rural integration in Nanhu district.The first part describes the concept of urban-rural integration new communityand theory basis of new community building of urban-rural integration. The secondpart describes the practice and effectiveness of implement new community building ofurban-rural integration in Nanhu district, analyzed the problems and the causes ofproblems such as the planning of new community building is not scientific,management organization system is inadequate, management system is not smooth,residents have difficulties to enter into the new environment, there’s big pressure onconstruction fund and so on. The third part summarizes the successful experience ofnew community building of urban-rural integration in Nanhu district, in accord withresearch on the rural community construction mode at home and abroad,; The fourthpart proposes five aspects of policy suggestions of new community building ofurban-rural integration in Nanhu district, including paying attention to scientificplanning, establishing and improving the urban-rural integration new communitymanagement organization, actively exploring new community management system ofthe urban-rural integration, facilitating residents integration in urban-rural newcommunity and ensuring construction funds on new community through variouschannels.
