Innovative Research About Equalization Of Public Services’ Management System In Yangtze River Delta

Equalization of public services is a global and historical topics, it is the core issues to play therole of government to fulfill government functions and it is the major theoretical and practicalissues to promote economic growth and social progress.Yangtze River Delta is the mostcomprehensive strength of the region, it has an important strategic position and leading role in theglobal socialist modernization. Since the reform and opening up, especially to promote thedevelopment and opening of Shanghai Pudong, Economic and social development of the YangtzeRiver Delta region has made great achievements.As such,Yangtze River Delta region to achieve equalization of public services or not, willhave an important impact on the coordinated development of economy and society. And explorethe relevant management system innovation in depth study is very necessity. Our long-standingpublic service status of the non-equalization and imperfect correlation with the managementsystem is closely related. How to solute this problem scientific and reasonable, and innovate therelated management system, play a positive role in the management system in the Yangtze RiverDelta region to achieve the equalization of public services has become a major practical problemsneed to be addressed urgently and research.The first chapter mainly elaborated why am I study the Yangtze River Delta equalization ofpublic services management system innovation. My major research ideas is focuses on the reasonwhy abandon Pearl River Delta, Tianjin, Beijing Tangshan Delta and select the Yangtze RiverDelta for the study.Second chapter involves a series of definitions to the detail, including the Yangtze RiverDelta, public services, equalization, equalization of public services and public service equalizationYangtze specific meaning.
