Thoughts On Further Strengthening The Construction Of Basic Level Organization Of The Communist Youth League

Since the reform and opening up, great changes have taken place in the economic andsocial development of China. The Communist Youth League organizations at the grass-rootslevel of traditional hierarchical District Committee, Communist Youth League branch, villageand township departments, enterprises and institutions of the Youth League organizationcovering based, with the reform and opening up and the development of market economy, thepopularization of new media, youth increase liquidity and other external environmentalchange, group organization appeared the blank area on youth cover the existence of "youth,no organization, the organization can not find the phenomenon of youth".Facing the new situation, the Communist Youth League System in accordance with the"mission of the grass-roots organizations to cover all youth, strive to affect each work missionall youth" requirements, vigorously carry out the "two new league", namely the establishmentof the League organization in the new social and economic organizations, to a certain extentsolved the tissue covering problem, however, due to various reasons, the effective coverageof issues still not been fundamentally resolved. The Communist Youth League of theattraction and cohesion are still insufficient for the youth.In this paper, based on the Gaoling County League organization construction practice,combined with the self organization, public economics, social management and other aspectsof the theory, has carried on the preliminary exploration and Thinking on the construction ofgrass-roots organization and grassroots work. This paper mainly launches the research fromthe following five aspects: the first part is the main problems existing in the construction ofgrassroots organizations, Gaoling County grass-roots work status and work in to carry on theanalysis, the second part of the Gaoling county’s construction of grass-roots organization andgrassroots work problems are discussed. The last part of the thesis is to strengthen andimprove the construction of grass-roots organization and grassroots work puts forwardcorresponding countermeasures.
