With the fast developments of economy globalization, the InternationalLabor Organization (ILO) put forward the conception of decent work have beenaccepted and recognized by more and more countries. At the same time, In theprocess of China’s urbanization process is accelerating and in this context ofbuilding a harmonious society in china, decent work combines manycharacteristics of a socialist harmonious society, with his unique content; he is anew concept of labor in line with our country national conditions.The generation of migrant workers as the special groups for a socialtransformation period in China, as a social construction has made outstandingcontributions, but at the bottom of society, are subject to a variety ofdiscrimination, suffered unfair treatment, their rights to be not effectivelyprotected, decent work is non-existent.
