It mainly tells that enjoying pension service is old people’s basicright,urban and rural harmony program is the main route to realize everyone havingpension service;diverse cooperation,realizing social pension service is the basic path toconstruct moderate common social welfare;guaranteeing the fitness of pension level andstage of system construction is internal requirement of constructing moderate socialpension system; strengthening the construction of service team, improving professional level is important measures to promote the service for the old transport mechanismeffectiveness.
