| This research aims to find out the problem of the procedure of selecting candidates atNSSF in Cambodia that is stopping the institution from getting the right candidates towork and contribute to this institution in order for it to become better and perform moreprogressively in the future.The other reason is the problem that is related to corruption, lack of transparency andopenness, too much political influence and interference, weak employment policies,maladministration and poor decision-making process that negatively impact on theprocedure of selecting candidates and proffer solutions to solve this problem.This study is a desk-based qualitative and quantitative. The researcher intends to meetand interview Staffs and specialists at NSSF to know about the procedure of selectingcandidates. The researcher also intends to have questionnaires to survey with peopleoutside the institution to know about the problems of job announcement at the NSSF.The paper is structured as follows: Chapter1introduces about the background ofCambodia and a brief review of the procedure of selecting candidate at NSSF. Chapter2reviews the related literature. Chapter3describes about the structure and selectingprocedure of NSSF. Chapter4talks about challenges at NSSF in the candidates selectionprocedures. Chapter5talks about solution and accepted standards to the challenges at theNSSF candidate s selection process and last chapter6talk about conclusion,recommendation and summary.It also aims to give recommendations for this public institution to improve, update, setup good policies for this institution to study from other public institutions or privateinstitutions both in the country and abroad those have good management, goodadministration, and strong employment policies and get right candidates that help or workfor their business to perform better. |
