The Main Problems And Countermeasures On Long Period Of Stability In Tibet Of China

In the background of economic globalization,global informationization and more complicated international dynamics,ethnic problems have become the important factors of regional instability. Stabilizing Tibetan area has become the primary task for the stability of ethnic areas and even the whole country.The situation in West Asia-North Africa and geopolitical crisis around China have made us realize the critical difficulties to keep long period of stability in Tibetan area.1have been engaged in judicial work for a long time,and once lived in ethnic area for certain years.After careful thinking,on the base of public management theory and personal experience,i hope to carry out research on the main problems and countermeasures on long period of stability in Chinese Tibetan Area.In the article,i have made the long period of stability in Chinese Tibetan Area main objective of study.Firstly, have reviewed the traditional theory of ethnic management all over the world and summed up the experience of managing Tibetan area. Secondly,i have find out the main obstacles to keep the long period of stability in Tibetan area through scientific analysis. Finally,after thorough study,i came to the conclusions that we should implement six specific strategies to protect our core interests.
