Marx’s thoughts is broad and profound, his ecological thoughts is also quite rich. This paperfirst reviews the formation process of Marx’s ecological thought. Then this paper digs the centralecological thoughts of Marx himself. Finally, this paper discusses the theory value and practicevalue of Marxist ecological thoughts on China’s ecological civilization construction.The first chapter discusses the forming process of Marx’s ecological thoughts. One is thatthe paper analyzes two aspects of historical and theoretical background of Marx’s ecologicalthoughts, which is based on the point of view that Marx’s real life; Two is that the paperdiscusses the formation, evolution and maturity of Marx’s ecological thoughts process, which isbased on the review of Marx’s classical books about his ecological thoughts. Marx’s compositionthat <Reflections of a Young Man on The Choice of a Profession> in high school and hisdoctoral dissertation that <The Difference Between the Democritean and Epicurean Philosophyof Nature> are the beginning of Marx’s ecological thoughts; Marx’s ecological thoughts isdeveloping in <Economic&Philosophic Manuscripts of1844> and <Theses On Feuerbach>;<Das Kapital> is the sign of mature Marx’s ecological thoughts.The second chapter discusses the three aspects of the central ecological thoughts of Marxhimself. The first discussion is the alienation of man and nature, the fundamental reason for thealienation are alienation of labor and capitalism, and the performance of the alienation is Marx’s"three forms" theory. The second discussion is on two aspects: one is the meaning of the naturalproductivity of Marx thoughts, an other one is the relationship between the natural productivityand the social productivity. On the one hand, the natural productivity is the source of all kinds ofproductivities. Besides, this part also discusses the natural production efficiency and the naturallabor process. On the other hand, this part discusses the close relationship between the naturalproductivity and the social productivity. Finally, the third part is Marx’s material transformationtheory and its crack thoughts. In addition, the material transformation theory includes thematerial transformation between man and nature.The third chapter discusses the theory value and the practical value of Marx’s centralecological thoughts. Theory value mainly includes three aspects: Firstly, the alienation of manand nature is the theoretical foundation of harmonious coexistence of humans and nature;Secondly, the natural productivity of Marx thoughts is the theoretical direction for protecting environment is to protect the productive forces; Thirdly, Marx’s material transformationtheory and its crack thoughts is the theoretical support of the sustainable development. Thepractical value includes three aspects: Firstly, the alienation of man and nature of Marx thoughtscan develop the resource saving and environmental friendly society; Secondly, the naturalproductivity of Marx thoughts can promote the development of Chinese green economy; Thirdly,Marx’s material transformation theory and its crack thoughts can develop the system ofecological civilization.
