Research And Analysis Luohe Care Work In Rural Children Left Behind

The problem of china’s left-behind children in rural area is the product of oursocial modernization process, which has been widely concerned by all sectors ofsociety.whether the problem will be reasonable and properly solved or not is not onlyclosely related to the healthy growth of the rural adolescent and the benefit of thenumerous of farmers,but also the structure of the harmonious society. As aprefecture-level city of the major agricultural province Henan, Luohe, which has alarger proportion of rural population, more seriously problem of rural left-behindchildren, to a certain extent,is typical and representative.In this study, literature review, questionnaires, home visits, case studies is usedas the main methods of research. The object is the left-behind children. Based on theexisting care work carried out in Luohe and the result of field survey, combined withthe actual needs of the left-behind children,we found the question. According toMaslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,we put forward ideals to meet the physical andpsychological needs of left-behind children, and to enhance the effectiveness andpersistent of care work. The paper is divided into four parts to discuss this question.Part I: Introduction. Mainly elaborates the background, significance, review relevantresearch both at home and abroad,methods and tools of this research, and definitionof related concepts. Part II: The Present Situation of rural left behind children’s carework,and the description of the practice and result on it. Part III: The problem ofLuohe rural left-behind children’s care work and analysis about the problem andreason according to the description of negative aspects of left-behind children. Part IV:Put forward the measures to enhance the effectiveness of Luohe left-behind children’scare work.
