Evolution Characteristics Of Microblogging Public Opinion About Anti-Corruption

Corruption events because of its negative and closeness, stimulating interests, have long been important origins of the outbreak of public opinion. After the communist party of China held18th meeting, a stream of "anti-corruption wind" blows over, and the number of public corruption cases suddeniy increase.The public pay high attention to the anti-corruption events. Internet public opinion events caused by corruption rise one after another.As an important field of network public opinion, microblog has its own transmission characteristics,and combined with the special characteristics of Internet users to corruption events, microblogging public opinion about corruption events has its unique mechanism of evolution, this article tries to carry on the discussion to this mechanism, from the perspective of the each link in the evolution of the public opinion.The first part of the article focused on explaining the concept of public opinion, microblogging public opinion and so on.The second part discusses subject of public opinion:Internet users psychological characteristics of events for corruption, and the characteristics of the spread of public opinion through microblog. Internet users psychological characteristics of for corruption events is shown as:high attention,"officer" psychological and colonization. The media characteristic of microblog manifest as spread fast, strong interactivity, huge amounts of information, multimedia, etc. Both of the factors play essential roles in the formation of the evolvement mechanism of public opinion.The third part focus on discussing the characteristics of the evolvement mechanism. Combining with the analysis on specific hot for corruption event, summarized the model of the evolvement mechanism corruption microblogging public opinion of hot spots, and diacussed the characteristics of each period of the evolution mechanism.Report persuasive evidence and report the authority of the source of public opinion formation plays an important role in its first stage; Particular opinion point,such as unjust employment, has a significant effect on the stage of development of public opinion;Traditional media has important influence on spreading information and guiding opinions;Opinion leaders have diffusion, emotional contagion effect to the development of public opinion; Public opinion evolution shows the characteristics of instability,and the recession affected by two kinds of circumstances:one is the response of the relevant departments, another one is gradually forgotten by Internet users.
