The Research Of The Thoughts And Practice Of The Theory Of Reginal Economic Development Of Deng Xiaoping

The common issue that the international community should be confront is the imbalanceof the development of the regional economy,which is also a serious problem in China,theworld’s largest developing country.What should we do to resolve the issue?It is the practicalmatter that we need to be addressed during the construction of socialist modernization withChinese characteristics.The Deng Xiaoping’s thoughts of Regional Economic Development was appeared underthe background that the theme of the times was changing.And the thoughts are based on therelevant Marxist theories proposed by some classical authors and Mao Zedong.Then they aredeveloped under the Chinese national conditions and the experience of the scientificsummary of the development of the regional economy and the thoughts are shaped on thebasis of the practice of socialist modernization since reform and opening up.The basic contentof the thoughts is formed by the core of "Two strategies"and the goal of common prosperity.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:Firstly,the concepts of the region and the regional economy are defined in the article,inwhich the source of the Deng Xiaoping’s is clear,Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin, Mao Zedong’stheory of regional economic development.Then,the author elaborates the process,the main content, the feature and the significanceof the Deng’s thoughts.Finally,the author summarizes the countermeasures for Chinese current issue of theregional economic development according to the Deng’s thoughts of regional economicdevelopment.
