On this basis, the paper puts forward some suggestions to solve the problem of the supervision affairs in Chinese villager autonomy system.The problems of the operation supervision committee system including: inadequate, lack of supervision, the villagers’ democratic participation in the township governments’ misconduct. These problems make the effective of the supervision by the constraints, thus causing corruption soil continue to exist, the tension between villagers and village cadres, mistrust, the normal operation of serious impact on villager autonomy is still there. The system of villagers supervisory committee encountered these problems are not accidental, caused the democratic supervision has its profound reason. First of all, the supervision mechanism is its lack of independence is the source of all this problem. At the same time, the supervision personnel lack causes execution to perform the duties of the specification about the problem. In addition, the village organizations, individuals, and the higher levels of government and mutual interest also influence the operation of villager supervisory committee system for objective reasons. Besides these, the system can not run smoothly, which itself is worth to improve. To solving these problems, we must rely on the construction of supervision mechanism, regulate the supervision personnel, strengthen the construction of professional supervision and perfecting the relevant security mechanism supporting. At the same time, guide against the interests, culture of the village democracy and the rule of law concept, it worth paying attention to public opinion, enhancing the motivation. In the external environment, the needs of improving the relevant legal system, clarifying the relationship between the parties and the introduction of judicial relief to guarantee the effective implementation of democratic supervision.
