The Public Security Organ Network Anti-corruption Countermeasure Research

With the development of the civilization of science and technology progress， the computerand the Internet is changing people’s production and life greatly. Network in deep influence onpeople’s ideology and behavioral patterns at the same time， also brings to the traditional way ofanti-corruption and means the strong impact， influence and changing the pattern of China’santi-corruption cause. Whether use good network anti-corruption drive and science， hasincreasingly become a major test of the party’s ruling ability. The public security organs as theadministrative law enforcement and criminal justice of the property of the armed forces， has thenature of contrary to the administrative organ， authority， and responsibility， and the exerciseof power is relatively dispersed， if the lack of timely and effective restriction and supervision，would be easy to be abused， lead to corruption. This article adopts the research methods of caseanalysis， as an example as"the traffic police to collect money in Huojia"， the comprehensiveanalysis of the characteristics of network events and path. By using the theory of social capital，the power of responsibility and power theory of the right of the causes of power corruption andhow constraints is studied.Through set up the scientific view of anti-corruption， pay equal attention to "education，system and supervision"， establish the punishment and prevention of organic unity， all-round，multi-level and wide viewing angles of solid scientific system. To create a new situation of thepublic security network anti-corruption work， based on the actual effect of the anti-corruption，the public， whether in the anti-corruption object， means， or effect， must insist onpreventing， correcting， beating and scientific development road.
