Courts In Scientific Internal Research Roanagement Issues

Whether the internal operation mechanism is smooth, is related towhether the basic people’s court can give full play to the functions of thework,and is an important factor to the healthy development of the basicpeople’s courts. The reform of the judicial system lasted for nearly sixteenyears, and had an important influence on the function orientation andscientific management of the people’s court, but the internal managementsystem of the basic people’s courts still exists many problems, mainly in thejudicial trial running sluggish, unscientific management, case a littlecontradiction, difficult execution are insurmountable judicial corruptionproblems appeared, etc.. These problems restrict basic functions of thegrassroots people’s court.Therefore, further deepening the reform of theworking mechanism of the grassroots people’s court is imperative.On the basis of the basic people’s court practice and the achievementsin the research of the basic people’s court scientific management reviews, thearticle carries on the investigation and study about the internal management ofthe grassroots people’s court,combines the theory and practice, analyzes thecauses of the problems, and puts forward some feasible suggestions to furtherimprove the grass-roots court operation mechanism, then makes the internalmanagement system of the grassroots people’s court more scientific andreasonable.The internal management system of the grassroots people’s courts is alarge and complex system, it needs to improve and mature by supporting allaspects of the system to achieve the security.In the article, the judicial poweroperation mechanism, judicial process management, mechanism to resolveconflicts, participating in social management innovation mechanism,personnel management mechanism and the court culture prosperitymechanism are discussed.
