The Research On China’s Rural Pluralistic Modle Of Pension

With the quickly development of industrialization and urbanization,large numbers of young in rural rush to city, engaged in non-agricultural activities, get labor remuneration in the city. The age structure of these rural youth impact on the age structure of the city. Influence the city’s aging not as severe as in rural areas, how to solve the problem of rural endowment become imminent. This paper analyzes the pension status of Nanjian, from the perspective of both present and future changes in rural old-age patterns. Draw some conclusions of theoretical and practical significance for the establishment and improvement of pension model.Achieve research results:at present mainly based family pension mode in rural, but for various reasons, the rural family pension mode facing difficulties.In the future,will mainly developed into rural social pension model. But not use a single way to meet pension needs of the elderly, the need to establish pension model to meet the diverse needs of rural elderly care services. And suggest some recommendations to build select pension mode.
