The Effect Of Family Function On The Tendency Of Choice Of Pension Mode Under Self-esteem Regulation

Objective:Our country faces enormous pressure for old-age care.Aging and advanced ageing have made the elderly's needs for life care,health care,rehabilitation services,and spiritual culture increasingly prominent,and have created a greater burden on economic development.Therefore,it is imminent to strengthen the discussion on pension issues.The party and the government attach great importance to the issue of old-age care.The Nineteenth Congress clearly put forward:Implement a healthy China strategy.In order to solve the problem of old-age care,the old-age care service models that we vigorously promote include family pensions,institutional pensions and self-supporting pensions,and have achieved positive results.However,it is a complicated and arduous task to judge and identify the actual willingness and selection tendency of the elderly for the old-age care model and pension service projects.It is very important to study the tendency of the elderly to choose the mode of care for the elderly.However,in the face of the increasingly complex choice of the mode of care for the elderly,the academic community has also attracted widespread attention.It can be said that the research on the choice of pension mode involves both subjective and objective aspects.However,the psychological research on the choice of pension mode is still somewhat inadequate.However,it is of great significance to dig deeper into this area of research.Therefore,we need to further strengthen the discussion.The purpose of this paper is mainly two.The first is to look at the characteristics of the choice of care for the old-age model,and to explore the impact of family function on the choice of care for the old-age model;second is to explore the influence of family function on the choice of care for the old-age model.Provide scientific and reasonable theoretical guidance for family endowment,social old-age care,and self-support for the elderly,and discuss ways to build a diversified old-age care service system.Methods:In the initial stage of the research,we mainly focused on relevant literature,made hypotheses,and built models.The hypothesis and the model were verified in the later period.The scores of the family preference,self-esteem,and pension mode selection propensity variables were measured by questionnaires.Epidata3.1 software was used to establish the datasets.SPSS 17.0 was used for t-tests,F-tests,multiple regression analysis,Layer regression analysis,use of Prims software to complete the chart production.Results:(1)Family intimacy and adaptability have a significant influence on the family pension.Family intimacy has a positive effect on family pensions,and family a daptability has a positive effect on family pensions.(2)Family intimacy and adaptability have a significant impact on social pension preferences.Family intimacy has a negative impact on social pensions,and family adaptability has a positive effect on social pensions.(3)Family intimacy and adaptability had no significant effect on self-care pension.(4)Self-esteem has a significant positive effect on the relationship between family intimacy and self-care orientation.Under the condition of low self-esteem,the family's intimacy has a significant negative predictive effect on self-care habits.Under the condition of high self-esteem,the family's intimacy has a significant positive predictive effect on self-care habits.(5)Self-esteem has a significant positive effect on the relationship between family adaptability and self-care orientation.Under the condition of low self-esteem,the negative prediction of self-endowment tendencies of family adaptability is not significant.Under the condition of high self-esteem,the positive prediction of self-endowment tendencies of family adaptability is significant.Conclusions:(1)Under the current situation that family pension is still the main mode of old-age care,we should increase the promotion of traditional filial piety culture,create a good family atmosphere,and form a social and cultural atmosphere of respecting the elderly,respecting the elderly,and loving the elderly.From the family perspective,children should fully understand and consider their parents.No matter what decisions parents make,the children must give them adequate care and support.(2)The community first needs to strengthen the investigation of the old-age care model for the elderly in the community,and then classify and aggregate them,providing special community services for the elderly with different pension models.The important participatory forces for social old-age care are old-age care institutions.Institutional pensions need to investigate different needs for old-age care,segment old-age service markets,and truly achieve accurate services and personalized services.In the end,a diversified pension service system that focuses on family support and social pension is formed.(3)In a situation where family functions are declining and families are unable to afford old-age care,the state needs to establish an old-age education system.Old-age education programs will be set up from youth to enable young people to establish their own concept of self-support for the elderly and provide support for the elderly in the young adults.Saving pension capital.At the same time,the state should increase its propaganda for self-supporting pensions so that able-bodied seniors can choose to support their own retirement.(4)In the process of establishing an old-age pension system,the state needs to identify old people with different levels of self-esteem.Older people with different levels of self-esteem should adopt different strategies.For some senior citizens with higher levels of self-esteem,they should be encouraged to self-care;for people with low levels of self-esteem,countries should recommend that they choose family pension or social pension.The state should classify families from various aspects such as economic level,social status,and cultural and educational level.For those with better family conditions and higher levels of self-esteem,they are recommended to choose self-care;they have general or poor family conditions and self-esteem.The lower elderly choose family retirement or social pension.
