Study On E-Government Information Security Strategy On SSE-CMM Model

Solve the problem of information security, Should make E-government as a typical systems engineering to view. System Security Engineering Capability Maturity Model(SSE-CMM) is a kind of model can meet the needs of safety management. It can transform the complex information system security management into strict engineering to control.After study on the E-government network level protection construction and safety risk assessment, from the actual situation of the information security of E-government in China, the paper proposed a evaluation model of information system security risk based on SSE-CMM, and11indexes for risk assignment on E-government system security. Thereafter use the risk assessment model in a real government information system, get each index proportion calculation with risk rating and weights. Finally, get a true information system security level through weighted sum, finish the quantitative evaluation process. According to the different risk levels, with building the corresponding security strategy in technology aspect, the paper finishes an implementation of the research in a certain government information system security strategy.
