Though laojiao system has been abolished, the related illegal personnel groupsstill exist, their social adaptation problems still exist based on the study of illegalpersonnel orientation in the future as a cut, so as to explain the application ofscientific method in the grass-roots work, and put forward the correspondingrectification measures, for the new correctional system after the laojiao systemprovides referential management methods.Firstly, the paper summarizes the theories about future orientation and majorrelated concepts through literature review. Then, it analyzes the research fields andprogresses about future orientation home and abroad. Next, self-concept, as theimportant influencing factor in future orientation, is introduced, after which theresearch direction of this paper is obtained based upon the literature analyses.In this paper, through collecting data in the form of questionnaire. on the basis ofthe research findings home and abroad and mature measurement scale, adjusted to thefuture orientation questionnaire and make it conform to the camp in the reality.Anduse the SPSS statistical analysis software, discusses the content of illegal personnelorientation in the future, education way and the future orientation of relationship,through the future orientation and the relationship between the self-concept, as well asthe factors associated with the number of illegal crime.The study found that:(1)Through illegal personnel content mainly includes future career orientationand the future orientation family (marriage) orientation in the future.(2) Throughillegal personnel orientation in the future there was no significant difference in termsof general factors such as the age, the household registration and so on.(3) Throughthe future orientation and illegal personnel self-concept has significant positivecorrelation.(4) Labor technology, cultural knowledge and psychological counselingfor three types of education through illegal personnel to according with the needs offuture orientation;The situation policy education type need to meet the demand ofillegal personnel adjustment.(5) Degree and meet with illegal personnel illegal crimenumber has significant negative correlation relationship.For treatments of the above research conclusion finally, the paper put forward thecorresponding measures, and expounds the study treatments work inspirations for thefuture.
