Globalizations make everything together, include the politics, economy, the humanities or the environment, the world began to walk together to face the challenges and opportunities. Since then, kinds of diplomatic way are coming, which show a wide range of features. Development of the parliamentary diplomacy is not accidental; it is the result of diplomacy reform, which plays an irreplaceable role in the overall diplomacy.The National Assembly of the Lao PDR’s diplomatic work can support government’s Foreign Affairs, In reference to the relevant papers, as a Lao student, I think I have the obligation to undertake the research in order to make up for the shortage in this field. According to the content, there are five chapters in the paper:The first chapter is the introduction; the main idea is to infer the research topic and analysis structure with inferences. In addition, this chapter also outlines parliamentary diplomacy, mainly from the theoretical perspective, a brief introduction to the definition of parliamentary diplomacy, characteristics, and its history traces.The second chapter is mainly from Laos’domestic and international environment to analyze the feasibility and importance of parliamentary diplomacy in Laos.The third chapter discusses in detail the organizational structure of the National Assembly of the Lao PDR.The fourth chapter is the case study of the parliamentary diplomacy between China and Laos will help us find the advantages of parliamentary diplomacy.The fifth chapter is creative. Compare to the general diplomatic and government diplomatic, we will seek the relationship among them, and point the unique advantages of parliamentary diplomacy.
