| The research object of this article was China’s international justice concept in the contemporary China’s diplomatic thoughts. This article explored the connotation, philosophical logic and the practice of the concept of international justice. International justice referred to the principles of the international social structure that defines the rights and the duties of the countries in the international politics. Therefore, the concept of international justice included not only the understanding and interpretation of international justice, but also the judgments about the international order and the behaviors of the countries.This article mainly used the qualitative research method. This article used the method of concrete literature analysis method, analysis and synthesis method and comparative research. This article was based on the interpretation of the foreign policy files, speeches and the diplomatic corpus of China’s leaders since1949. In addition, this article also used case study to argue how the connotation of international justice guided China’s diplomatic attitude and behavior.This paper argued that contemporary China’s diplomatic thoughts had deep concern about the international justice, which was influenced by the Chinese traditional culture and China’s diplomatic history. In this way, contemporary China’s diplomatic thoughts formed a relatively complete international justice concept. This paper argued that the connotation of international justice in contemporary China’s diplomatic thoughts depended on three basic principles, says equality, fairness and democracy. China also paid great attention on the principles of country’s behavior in the international politics. Furthermore, China had an ideal of the international norms and a description of a just world. These three parts constituted the blueprint and vision of China’s international justice concept, which conformed to the international political relations, economic relations, and civilization relations that based on the basic principles of the international justice. |
