Abstract:The "circular economy promotion law of the People’s Republic of China was issued and implemented, it is extremely important to the development of norms of circular economy in our country. Cycle economic thought is introduced into our country in the late1990s, before the research on circular economy theory is quite rich, but has been a lack of legal support, the policy of "circular economy promotion law" to solve the problem. A law of inevitably involves the enforcement of law, legal priority is enforced law popularization. Of course, law popularization cannot treat as the same, should be targeted.
