The Research Of The " Circular Economy Promotion Law "Implementation In Liuzhou

The relation of environmental problem and economic development has become intensify because of industrialization, urbanization and the rapid development of economy throughout the country in these years. The city’s existing ecological environment must be destroyed if the people continue to follow the traditional mode of production and mode of development which can promote economic growth over the years, and of course, the sustainable development of the economy is out of the question."People’s Republic of China Circular Economy Promotion Law" provides a good opportunity for changing the current economic development mode; it can also solve the contradiction between economic development and environment protection. Liuzhou is an industrial power city; it is a representative city in Guangxi. So the development of circular economy can promote the industrial development and economic sustainable development in Liuzhou, Guangxi’s whole economy can be benefit from it, too. The purposes of this research are:firstly, analyzing the implementation of Circular Economy Promotion Law"; Secondly, summing up the positive aspects and clearing up the negative aspects; finally, giving the tactics for the problems and trying to promote the "Circular Economy Promotion Law" better implement, so promoting the Liuzhou’s social and economic sustainable development.
