With the rapid development of Community Correction in China, China hasgradually established a Community Correction mode, the team of CommunityCorrections has also gradually improved. The team of Community Corrections ismainly composed by judicial staff, social workers and community volunteerscorrection components. Which judicial staff dominated, organizing, directingCommunity Corrections social workers and volunteers associated CommunityCorrections. Although the construction of Community Corrections work force andits work have gained great achievements, but the identity of staff engaged inCommunity Corrections has not yet been formally resolved, its name, identity,authorities are not yet clear.Clear and smooth development of Community Corrections as a judicial body ofwork by the staff of Community Correction, its identity, authority and furtherrefinement are closely related.
