Research On Trust Industry Supervision In China

Trust originated from Anglo-American Legal System, it experienced manyrefining and long-term developing, it can meet the new needs, canprovide new ways to solve the problems, it has the ability to meet the new needs inthe society and to adapt to the new environment, so that it can be used extensivelyand creatively. The law should be developed according to the changes of the socialand economic environment, and should have more flexibility. Only in this waycan the system advance, can the society develop.This thesis starts from the development of the trust industry, analyses the trustbusiness supervision; points out the major problems of China’s trust industrysupervision and the solutions, puts forward relevant comments and suggestions for thebetter application of the trust industry. The suggestions for improving China’s trustindustry supervision, mainly consist of three aspects: the first is to improvethe legal supervision system; second is to improve the administrative supervisionsystem; third is to improve the other side,such as internal supervisionmechanism, that is to say starting from the trust management, to restrain the trustindustry strongly.
