The Improvement Of Urban Management Administrative Law Enforcement Procedure

In our country, the urban management administrative law enforcement was the result of thereform of administrative law enforcement system, the procedure of administrative lawenforcement of urban management is an important part of administrative law enforcementprocedure. Improving the procedures of administrative law enforcement of urbanmanagement can standardize administrative law enforcement and realize justice.With thespeeding up of urbanization in our country, our country’s administrative law enforcement ofurban management procedure emerged a lot of problems.the reason is there are manydefects in the legislation and law enforcement. Therefore, it is necessary to improve theprocedure of administrative law enforcement of urban management.Thesis is divided into four parts: the first part generalizes the connotation of the procedure ofadministrative law enforcement of urban management and introduces the similarities anddifferences between procedure of administrative law enforcement of urban management andadministrative law enforcement procedures, this part is the basic content of thesis; Thesecond part mainly reveals the problems in legislation and law enforcement, including thelack of unified code,the summary procedure, the general procedure,the hearing procedureetc; The third part discusses the cause of the problems; Last part of the paper, Suggestions ofthe urban management administrative law enforcement procedure are put forward, includingformulating a unified code,perfecting the summary procedure in the legislation, improvingthe general procedure and hearing procedure and so on. This is a final goal in this thesis.
