As the core system of modern administrative procedural law,the administrative heating system has been adopted by many countries.As an essential part of the administrative heating,the informal administrative heating which plays an important part in protecting human rights And should act in concert with the formal administrative heating so that it can play its own part in exercising administrative power.Informal administrative Hearing procedure intently embodies the principle of participation,to which enough attention haven't been paid by theory and practice field.The current informal administrative heating procedure in our country has some problems and shortcomings.Consequently,which is in urgent need of the theoretical circus to have a deeper and further probe and research to solve,which is the author' s motive to write.The dissertation firstly probes into the fundamental theory of the procedure of the informal administrative hearing procedure and then dissects and analyses the current state of the domestic system of informal administrative hearing from the two aspects of analyze of the defects in the law and construction of fundamental system.On the basis of which lastly presents some personal imaginations concerning that how to perfect the current system of informal administrative heating in our country.
