Research On The Direction Of Chinese Social Welfare-based On National Happiness Vision

For over30years of reform and opening-up, great changes have taken place in oursociety.The development of economics enhance the strength of a country, andcontinuously improve the people’s living standards.In just a few decades time, Chinaenter the ranks of the world second-largest economy. However, compared with the indexof economic development in China,the social development has relatively lagged, whichespecially performed by the traditional welfare system.At present, in order to depicthappiness Bhutan model, more and more countries begin to researching the socialdevelopment as the happiness index,it is a kind of way to see the progress in a countryor society development from the national happiness view. In my opinion, the traditionalwelfare system in our country is a little benefits, it never can adapt to the furtherdevelopment of economic and social needs. To boost national happiness, from smallwelfare to big welfare is the basic direction of China welfare system reform, andeveryone will have access to share the common welfare system.Construction is thedevelopment direction of the welfare system with Chinese socialism characteristics.The full text is divided into the following five parts:The first part mainly introduced the background and significance of the topic, thepresent situation and problems of domestic and foreign researching,and what theideas,methods, innovation and the shortage of this research.The second part put the happiness index as the view of research point. How tomeasure the overall development of the society level? It doesn’t mean ignoringeconomic factors when replace by the happiness index, but standing in a morecomprehensive and humanized angle to study. This part mainly elaborates a theoreticalresearch and development trend of national happiness, and the relationship betweennational happiness and social welfare. Happiness need to rely on the implement andimprovement of social welfare, social welfare need depending on the happiness indexsupervision as well.The third part back to the social welfare system. Take happiness index as theresearch point of view, this part will be a fundamental analysis of the characteristics anddisadvantages of traditional welfare in our country, any reform and improvement of thesystem need historical experience for reference.The fourth part mainly do some analysis for new social welfare system. What is thesuccessful experience of Europe’s welfare states and recommend, and how to effectively and selectively draw lessons from the welfare state policy in our country reform.In thispart,it emphasizes setting up the big welfare model with Chinese characteristics again.The fifth part is the core content of this thesis research. Standing on the angle of thehappiness index, pose a China characteristic welfare system with the most humanity andsocial.
