| Jilin Province is located in the northeast of China.The level of economicdevelopment is lagging behind and the level of urban-rural integration is relatively weakin Jilin Province.Jilin Province is the agricultural province and there are a large numberof migrant workers.At the beginning in the Twelfth Five-Year development plan and inthe important strategic moment of Changjitu developing,migrant wokers will becomethe major industry labor force in the future Their contribution will help the developmentof Jilin Province and the economic. But due to the two urban and rural economicstructure system of China’s basic national conditions was existence, resulting migrantworkers’ social security problem in our province and even the nation has still not beensolved yet.Due to the existence of objective reality that lower cultural quality of migrantworkers and social security management mechanism is not in place and so, lead tomigrant workers work in city have been in a weak position, their social security rightsoften cannot get corresponding security. So, in this case,We should fully grasp thesituation and exist in real life social security problem of migrant workers in Jilinprovince,With the problems of migrant workers’ social security in Jilin province, pointto cover is proposed to solve countermeasures of the problem of migrant workers’ socialsecurity,in order to protect one of the most important part of this working group in ourconstruction.This paper is in-depth study based on this background, and it divided into threechapters,first,we study the background of problem of migrant workers’ social security,itdescribes the solution of necessity and value of the problem of migrant workers’ socialsecurity in Jilin province and the country,based on the research that aimed at theproblem of migrant workers’ social security which is at home and abroad.Secondly,migrant workers and development of city has a contacting with all kinds ofconnections,we can effectively grasp the specific situation of migrant workers of ourprovince, only on grasping and understanding of the specific with the situation of Jilin province,Therefore,we fully understand the migrant workers for the future in ourprovince play a vital role in the development, consolidating on the basic provinceaffection and external development planning.In the first chapter,the author described indetail that the migrant workers in Jilin province scale, level of education, sex ratio andother basic present situation,and analysised the problems which existed in the migrantworkers of the social security,from that we found the problems which migrant workersinsured rate is low, lack of social relief, social welfare is not perfect wait for a seriesof.So in connection with these problems, in the second chapter,the author had carried onthe detailed introduction and analysised which is aimed at the problem of migrantworkers’ social security number generated for ideological reasons, legislative reasons,economic reasons and other reasons. Finally, the authors point to cover the proposed cansolve proposal and countermeasure of the problem of migrant workers’ socialsecurity,through to analyze question and reason of migrant workers social security ofJilin province,in order to look to future to make benefit which is to perfect the socialsecurity system of migrant workers. |
