Along with the aging of therural population ’s unceasing development, coupled with the economic system reform theyoung rural labor is transferred to town ceaselessly, due to the implementation of familyplanning policy, rural declining family size, family pension function is feeble, the ruralold-age problem will become increasingly prominent. However, due to social and politicalreason, social reason, economic reason of effect. China s rural old-age insurance in theaspect of legislation had great defect. So far, our country has not really a special law onrural endowment insurance at the level of legislation.This paper describes the rural pension insurance system in our country thedevelopment process, so that the different endowment insurance system of rural endowmentinsurance legislation. Further analysis of endowment insurance legislative defects and theestablishment of rural social endowment insurance law should follow the principle andstructure of law. |
