Research On The Efficiency Of The Cultural Industry Internet Financing Mode In China

As the soft power national of a development country,Cultural industry has tremendous economic and social benefits,it is more and more concerned by all sectors. Since the traditional financing model cannot meet the growing financial needs of cultural industry,China’s cultural industry urgent need to change this status through the Internet Financing. Therefore,We need more research on the efficiency of the Internet culture industry financing mode.We introduced three common Internet financing models. And we introduced them one by one,According to the characteristics of China’s cultural industry, we redesigned an Internet financing model. At the same time, we illustrated the real that China’s cultural industry projects and SMEs has already financed on the Internet platform. We demonstrate the advantages of Internet financing model in cultural industry financing,theoretically proves the applicability and feasibility of the Internet Financing in our cultural industry financing.On the basis of comprehensive and targeted principle 、 represent and independence principle、 operable and accessible principle、comparable principle,From financing costs, utilization of funds, financing risks, financial feasibility, the social function satisfaction five indicators we establish level 1 evaluation System of China’s cultural industry internet financing. Also,we select 18 indicators to construct the secondary evaluation indexes of China’s cultural industry internet financing model.In this paper,considering that some indicators in the evaluation system such as the risk of default,the economic environment,policy environment,legal environment,etc. are not quantifiable indicators,also taking into account the mutual influence among the indexes in the cultural industry internet financing evaluation system. We determine the index factors’ weights using analytic network process and then use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the financing efficiency of China’s cultural industry Internet financing model. At last,we use Super Decisions software for case study. The results show that the efficiency of China’s cultural industry internet financing model is in a good level which verify the feasibility and applicability of the financing model. At the same time,in the evaluation of China’s cultural industry internet financing model,financing risk、financing feasibility、the social function satisfaction are in low scores,which need further improvement.Finally,according to the results of theoretical and empirical research,we make general and specific suggestions for China’s culture industry internet financing model’s development, which has very important theoretical and practical significance to the development of cultural industries in China.
