The Border

The interaction between the new awareness of sound, image, awareness and art galleries is the atmosphere that must be realized by each person entering the art galleries. New materials technology allows artists to have more options in artistic creation. They often bring some new or special things that attract the audience to pay attention to art and participate in artistic creation. What coexists with this bustling phenomenon is the issue and debate of art and non-art, and the boundary of art is the key of this issue. Behind the artistic phenomena, the boundary of art and non-art is a problem that has existed since the birth of art. Artists use artistic works to illustrate this limit, and theorists use the perspective of the philosophy of art to think about this contemporary art issue. This paper attempts to analyze the boundary of art with art as a language and uses the constructivism theory of philosophy to analyze the boundary issue. Meanwhile, it analyzes Duchamp and other artists’ view on this boundary and their explorations in practice.
