Zhangjiajie Landscape Painting Research

There are amazing fancy peak forest landform and magnificent karst landscape in Zhangjiajie which attracts many artists to get sketches or images of certain landscapes, and inspires creative inspiration. Many artists believe that it has a higher value in the field of painting, even though, there are not many artists putting their heart in studying the landscape theme creation of Zhangjiajie. After many on-the-spot investigations, local painting, and getting sketches or images of certain landscapes, I expand the study on the theme of Zhangjiajie landscape, and a series of Landscape Painting.In the article, the focus of the writing is the study of the rocks, the visual form of the peak body of Zhangjiajie landscape, and systematically analyzes the creative works. First I refine rocks, trees, water, clouds of Zhangjiajie, expand the local,objective analysis and research, analyze the morphological characteristics, and pull out of proper presentation elements. Secondly, for the visual morphological characteristics, I explore the language of painting, from formal language and technical language aspects, and make the overall form and language more consistent with Zhangjiajie visual and artistic personality; Finally, I analyze three series of practical creative works about Zhangjiajie landscape painting, on the whole it has a certain innovation, unlike other paint program creation about Zhangjiajie landscape as a theme, which pay more attention to the form of beauty of the screen, as well as exhibit microscopic Zhangjiajie muddy, thick, clumsy visual beauty.In particular the practice of creation, on the schema, language, colors and performance techniques are carried out bold exploration. In language performance, it learns the essence of traditional landscape painting language, and combines with innovation in Zhangjiajie landscape features forming a new ink language. In visual form, it seizes Zhangjiajie rocks morphology characteristics and highlighted exaggerates, creating a strong visual order form beauty. In the technique, through the study of materials, texture,it explores a particular technique more consistent with the performance of Zhangjiajie rocks and clouds, riches painting language, and increases the readability of the screen. Work as a whole to maintain the unity of form and content, appropriately exhibits the artistic concepts and mood effect inherent in Zhangjiajie landscape.
