The Research On Urumqi’s Public Health Between 1934 And 1949

this thesis is based on the construction of Urumqi’s public health between 1934 and 1949,trying to use the historical data that has been collected to show the development situation in that decade.this thesis consist of three parts,the first part mainly to write the present situation of Urumqi’s public health by 1934;the second part mainly discusses the present situation of Urumqi’s public health in 1934-1949 from six parts,this part includes the evolution of the public health administrative institutions,the construction of Medicine and Hygiene and the training of qualified personnel,the development of medical and health undertakings,environmental sanitary administration,hygiene campaign,maternity and child hygiene;the third part centres around the evaluation of achievements of Urumqi’s public health.The development of Urumqi’s public health has played a positive role to improve the public health in this period.However, influenced by the social, political, and economic factors such as restriction,the development of it is just a beginning, can’t really answer the era of Chinese health modernization appeal.
