Oracle bone inscriptions are the earliest written language system in our country up to now, which have important cultural heritage protection significance and historical research value. Character forms of oracle bone inscriptions are changeable and heterogeneous. Sometimes their components are not fixed, and can be left and right. Influenced by writing materials, their strokes are thin, hard, and usually straight. Free transformation of one component’s position also results a variety of forms. Characters structures of different period are subject to the national aesthetic, writing materials, writing tools of specific times and so on. The research on the structure models of the inscriptions’ Character components contribute to the understanding of the whole character configuration system of the oracle bone inscriptions. And it can help us to recognize the original appearance and development vein of the Chinese characters. What’s more, it is conducive to understanding the modern Chinese characters.There are 2301 label characters in Xin Jia Gu wen Bian(Revised). The research materials of this paper are 1919 label characters in Xin Jia Gu wen Bian(Revised), which have removed the replicated literal and the single component characters. From Oracle bone font Starting with the research, from the structure frame classification, sorting radical, summarizes the type and rules. This paper is composed of four parts. In the introduction the main contents included : overview of topics and research; research materials, methods and general notices. The first chapter, packet analysis about Oracle statistics schematic structure, left-right structure and left-centre-right structure, combing Chinese character component of high frequency, reveal the rules, to explore the causes. In the second chapter, the combination of static description and dynamic analysis is used to observe and compare the structure of the material and the up-down structures and up-middle-down structures. The third chapter, referring to the previous research results which help to research the Fill structure and the Insert structure and the other.Based on the previous research, we hope it can contribute to the teaching of literacy and the information processing of oracle bone inscriptions.
