“Kham Writers”, the novels of which are the multiple perspectives of the sacred and secular presentations about the writers who are living in the Kham,Tibetan, the social life of these areas, the history and the reality of Tibetan culture cross overlapping zones. They are a gust of strong flood of the Chinese contemporary ethnic literature works. Because of maintaining and abandoning relationship between the Kham writersand the traditional culture, also because it is directly influenced by the development of Han culture, Kham cultureis different from the traditional Tibetan literature and other ethnic literatures. By constantly learning, transplanting and embezzling of other cultures, the novels of “Kham Writers” formed a unique aesthetic orientation and cultural spiritual dimension. The novels of “Kham Writers” fit the real situation of the development of Tibetan literature, which will inevitably bring about change and expanding of research methods and perspective of ethnic literature. However, depending on the circumstances of its research, there is a clear absence of the phenomenon that novels’ research and comments could not follow the rapid creation potential. Although there are research results in good works, it is difficult for few papers to cover the large folio. Beside, the reviewers only apply patterns to give comments, which leads to the unfavorable situation that researches on the subject are narrow and fragmented. Therefore, under the background of existing knowledge, it is necessary for us to give depth description of the novels of “Kham Writers” from Ethics, Cultural Anthropology, Narrative Perspective aspects etc. Besides, we should focuson specific explanation of the contemporary context and its literary purpose, overall creation features, the pursuit of “contemporariness” and deficiencies.Firstly, in this paper, thethinks that due to the impact of the foreign culture, age environment and their own literary habits, the “Kham Writers”form a unique literary purpose, namely, a common understanding of rooting in tradition and the individual pursuit to face the reality, during the process of pursuing and returning the ethnic culture that has been gradually dissipating. Secondly, themain characteristics of the novels “Kham Writers” toile inthe reformation of the content of novel and realization of the fiction art form while give full explanation of the Tibetan folk elements. And the realization and reformation lie in the following features specifically: dedicated description of traditional culture, the application of historical narrative and folk narrative, construction of religious and secular relations, writing for war and concerning of humanity. Thirdly, in this paper, the author thinks that “Kham Writers”, in their retrospection on national history, and the writing process of national memory, have established national positions and values orientations of the contemporary time. Besides, they focus on the thoughts of individual fate and drifting in history, thus, their works are tinged with characteristics of pursuing “contemporariness”. This “contemporariness” highlights in the weighting of the showing of the female consciousness, integrating and reshaping of the traditional national consciousness, and the “center – periphery” cycle. Finally, the novels of “Kham Writers”, because of the impact of multiple consciousnesses and culture, seem to be stiff and abrupt in the integration joint of modern sense and traditional culture.Meanwhile, the long giant content of those novels, although these works are quite readable, make the language of fiction seem be loose and procrastinated. The adoption of a lot of rhetoric words and the arbitrary plot writing phenomena make the content extremely cumbersome.
