The Land Reform, led by the Communist Party of China, is a revolutionary movement that evoked the peasantry to abolish the feudal landlord exploitation of the land ownership and implement the farmers’ land ownership. And literary texts written in this era, which means from 1940 s to 1970 s, take historical facts, personal experience of authors, changes of eras, ideological transformation as external expression and content, and use the external structure —“enter” and “out” village to set up internal system of power transfer, demonstrate magnificent historical features and the authors’ spectacular mentality of creation.Through in-depth study of land reform narration in this period, there have been duplication expressing in some aspects of different degree, such as the structure, character, theme, expression and the deep value pursuit, shows homogeneity and typed tendency. We called the Formulation and Conceptualization Phenomenon in academia. It is one of the most important literature phenomenon in the process of modem and contemporary Chinese literature, in general, the Formulation means that the structure and characters are hidebound in the same work, the Conceptualization refers that politician mix example, or diagram to politics. Specific interpretation, the Formulation and Conceptualization refers to work for a large number of abstract and empty preaching revolution slogans, and typed characters, the plot of the story stylized and theme of generalization in the text.Behind the Formulation and Conceptualization phenomenon of land reform narration in the 40 s to 70 s. Academic research is scattered, more study from the macroscopic angle, like policy and literature, the specifically, detail analysis is not enough. In this paper, from the overall to local, starting from a power conversion system have been cloned, to slice them within each factor, such as character, plot, theme of texts, finally to link each factor and the way to constitute system,on the basis of these four aspects to formulate the phenomenon step by step. And aim at the specific text do case analysis from the contrast of text and policy, new intellectuals imagine, conscious revolt. Based on the existing text,further mining and teasing the formulation and conceptualization in specific text narration. And on this basis, do some communication and connection work about the relationship between policy and literature, ideology and writers’ mentality, teasing the practical significance between literature and politics. Avoid the phenomenon happening again, and promote the realization of the literary aesthetics, literary life, literary ontology.
