| In recently years, cultural and media industry in China become more and more prosper-ous, especially when the supporting policies were released after the Third Plenum of 18 th CPC Central Committee, media industry have stepped into a unprecedented fast-developing era. With the evidently effect by social and mobile networks, everyday life and working mo-des are both changing, media industry itself too. Simultaneously, Power Reform which is co-ming on the road also will affect the power industry deeply. All the changing in both media and power industry are new challenges for N company, which is a member of power industry and focus its’ main business on power industry. Meanwhile, N company is eagerly to rebuild the structure of the business and strategy planning to solve the developing problems and avoid risks.This article is based on related theory. Using PEST mode to analyze the outer and inner circumstance of the N company, focusing on the problems and solution of the company developing, bringing the advantages, opportunities and risks in EFE and IFE matrices.
