Enrich people’s lives as a dance art form, it has a very long history. Uygur dance and Oyirad Mongolia dance are the same located in the Xinjiang which are even more well-established, they are interacting with each other in the course of history, they having common characteristics of dance while having their own unique dance charm. Research of xinjiang uygur dance and oirad Mongolian dance, not only plays an important role for the research of xinjiang dance culture, and also has the effect which cannot be ignored for the protection of China’s intangible cultural heritage.This paper is based on a large number of documents, from Genesis through dance styles and characteristics under the influence of the region, the distribution aspect, different style of dance and other detailed analyze the Xinjiang Uygur dances and Oirat Mongolian dance from different cultural backgrounds which are related content, and taking sainaimu dance and Sawuerdeng for examples to specific analyze Uygur dance and Oirat Mongolian dance style characteristic; at the same time, from the geographical, religious culture to elaborate Oyirad Mongolia dance and Uygur dance relevance on the cultural background, while from dance forms and styles to analyze specific aspects of the relevance of Oirat Mongolian and Uygur dance content, so Xinjiang Uygur dance and Oyirad Mongolia dance association have enough understanding.
