Study On The Layout Design Of Miao In Southwestern Hunan Family Hotel

Southwest Hunan tourism market is becoming more and more prosperous, Miao ghetto built many family hotels, but it’s not enough in reflecting the Miao customs, hope the family hotels there can emerging Miao Nationality through improved layout.Based on the study of Miao Nationality spirit culture,in the southwest of Hunan, extraction the concept of "boundary" in thier belief system and self cognition; researched on living culture, decoration and color blending,extraction typical plant--Cyperus difformis,the most representative space model-fire pond,the significance element of Diaojiaolou--pane and beauty by,representative totem pattern-bovine dragons,classic color from costume--"red, yellow, blue, white, green and black", provides theoretical basis and expression elements for final layout design.Comparative analysis southwest of Hunan Province and Xiangxi Phoenix’s Miao family hotel,about layouts, accommodation environment, host guest nteractions.found there are some problems,such as hotel owners are outlanders,lack of style, disadvantage of tradition,aesthetic and functional criteria is low. Combined with the project’s basic information,shows in family hotel should be overcome these disadvantages,at the same time,make full use of the traditional houses resources, improve the layout design with less capital.And design positioning from farming and hunting style, experience and accommodation function, folk customs characteristics economic of investment four aspects, while emphasizing four design principles, function, style, harmony, economy and feasibility,and four design methods--"bounda ry" culture, contrast echo, element arrangement, level display --are summarized.Based on the previous research, selection of typical objects for direct furnishings; design a series of fabric with the chosen totem, use printing, heat transfer instead of the traditional manual meter, reduce cost.design bedhead and racks with typical local bamboo material; the design product reflected in southwestern Hunan spiritual culture connotation indirectly, become the supplement of direct, and the furnishings were based on the classic color combination, through the design practice, application method in southwestern Hunan Miao culture in layout design, validate this method cost less than traditional mid-range decoration.Provide deeper experience of customs for visitors, the mid-range hotel owners’ll become more localization and younger after reduce the budget,, improve the income of the local Miao people, let Miao tourist area to form a benign market, inject vitality into the country.
