Research Of Wang Zhichang’s Achievements About Zixue And History

Wang Zhichang, who came from xinyang of jiangsu province,and was the vice of Tongzhi six years. Wang Zhichang was a scholar in late Qing dynasty and was the teacher of Zhangyu who was a famous bibliographer. His works included Qingxuezhaiji, Mengziliuxizhu, Yuhoulu and Shuzushi. Qingxuezhaiji was edited by Hu Yujin who was a famous scholar after Wang died. Its contents involved four ancient classics. However, many scholar of late Qing dynasty paid no attention to him and his book, so this text focuses on Qingxuezhai ji,and makes some researches in his science of history and zixue.This article is divided into seven parts:The first part focuses on the introduction of Wang Zhichang and his works, and reviewe the status of the current academic study of him, determine the main scope of this study.The second part focuses on the Historical Achievements of Wang Zhichang, mainly expands from the text research, historical style, History and historical research in four areas, and focus in the study of supplement about ShiTong,and awareness of etiquette about GuoYu. By compared with other scholars, this part reveals his unique historical achievements.The third part studies his Bbbliography achievements.He carefully arranged the academic about liuchao and the Tang Dynasty. His firstly arranged the creation situation of the Nantang Dynasty, wrote the Bunantangshuyiwenzhi, and directly inspired the Tang Guizhang’creation of Nantangyiwenzhi. Although his complement of SuiShu JingJiZhi was limited to the scope of the official history, but often there are other books included bibliographer Collected.The fourth part of the study was his collections of school achievement, including the laws of Han Dynasty,Huainanzi noted by Xushen, Zhucong wrote by Shenyue and so on. His Collection are relatively simple, small space.The fifth part of the study focused on the Xirtxu and Lvshichunqiu noted by Gao You. which was proved beneficial for the research of Lvshichunqiu.The six part told about his statecraft thoughts, including his views on frontier defense, foreign affairs and foreign religions.The last part is the conclusion of this paper, through the articles summarizing, pointing out his achievements and shortcomings, to have a more comprehensive understanding of him.
