In recent years China and the South Korea maintain increasingly close communication and cooperation over such aspects as culture and economy, so it is particularly important to learn the language Chinese and Korean. XFU is mainly a language learning-oriented college in xi’an and the establishing of Korean-Chinese curriculum system based on social needs becomes its top priority. Most curriculum systems in the market at present still design for cultivating talents only in academic way, which doesn’t satisfy people’s rising needs for learning languages. Now with the rapid development of society, pragmatic approaches are needed. It is essential for people to put what they learned into use effectively. Therefore, XFU needs to build a Chinese-Korean curriculum system for meeting the needs of market.In the paper the author attempts to introduce backgrounds of the two countries, the trend of the development of the Chinese-Korean training, the characteristics of applied education, and has an analysis of the current market structure of the Chinese-Korean training and its present development. Then the author tries to explore a way that can better develop the market of the training. Finally according to personal practice and current market situations, the author conducts positional analysis in identifying target market opportunities, and makes XFU Chinese-Korean curriculum system and promotion plan. the author makes the survey of demand characteristics of Chinese-Korean learning based on the entry of South Korean-owned enterprises into Xi’an market-take the Samsung Semi-conductor enterprise for example. And the author also investigates the operation mode of language training centers or related colleges and universities, the distribution and the related information such as size, sets up PESTã€SWOT and STP analysis model, and finally finds solutions to enter the market through accurate positioning. the author combines with market demands to work out a XFU applied course development and promotion plan including the following aspects. the training plan and evaluation system should be efficient, pragmatic, and consistent under which the knowledge acquired can be directly used in the life and work. the curriculum development and assessment of the enterprise should be reasonable and specific. According to the characteristics of the enterprise, the courses suitable to the actual situation should be developed. The demands of social students should be fully known. For the courses in strong demand should be paid more attention. the employment and training of teachers should meet the needs of the development. The teachers both full-time and part-time should expert in one thing and good at many. The market should be made full research and the sales team should be built in order to develop marketing strategies and the corresponding marketing evaluation system. The author puts forward XFU Chinese-Korean curriculum system and promotion plan. The curriculum system has been bought to market relying on promotional activities, school-enterprise integration mode etc. and the marketing of the preliminary results are also summarized in the paper.
