It is an urgent task to set up the comparative research on the contemporary literature of China and South Korea. The comparative research on the feminine literature is one of the important parts. Owing to the immature academic conditions, it is still a blank in the comparative research field of feminine literature in both China and Korea. At present, feminine literature is springing up, and it has become a trend in the literary world of the two countries. It has also influenced the whole literary circle greatly. Therefore, it is significant to do the comparative research on the contemporary feminine literature of the'two countries. This paper focuses on Zhangjie and Puk Wonsue- the two outstanding feminine novelists in both countries, especially their early masterpieces of feminine novels.Zhangjie and Puk wonsue are outstanding feminine novelists in the literary world of the two countries in 1970s. They have obtained the highest praise because of their remarkable artistic skills in writing novels. Their feminine novels presented the women fates from the unique feminine view; did the special contribution to their feminine literature world in both countries. Hence, they' ve become the representative feminine novelists in both countries. Because of the immature academic conditions, there aren' t' any research papers about the two novelists. Therefore, this paper implies the methods of parallel research, social and historic criticism, and feministic criticism, to do comparative research on their feminine novels in 1970s and 1980s. This paper consistsof 7sections: First is introduction--put forward the aimssignificances, and the methods of the research; From Chapter One toChapter Four is the main body of the paper, including comparative research on the themes, the characterization of the figures, narrating structure, writing methods, etc; Chapter Five explores the historic, cultural and social backgrounds as well as the relationship between their personal experience and their writing; The last section concludes the fundamental key of their writing and their contribution to the feminine literature. In all, the aim of this paper is to give the readers rich artistic nourishment from the different countries and nations in the same period. |
