According to the Domestic and international researches,in the English learning environment the stronger WTC will stimulate the English learners to create or grasp more chances to communicate with others. That will effectively and efficiently help these learners to master the second language. Based on this idea, this quasi-experimental research tried to find out whether it is workable to increase the professional English learners’ WTC by conducting an quasi-experimental study of the FLM teaching in a vocational colleges.On the basis of the theories of FLM, WTC and Bruner’s Cognitive Discovery Learning Theory, this paper analyzed the feasibility of FLM for Business English II with the aim of enhancing the WTC of students in vocational colleges. Then the relative teaching mode was created based on the above analysis and the realities of Business English II teaching situation. The teaching experiment was made for a term in order to study its effectiveness.The research used several ways including paper tests, interview and questionnaire etc. to gather data. The findings of analysis showed that the WTC including speaking and writing willingness from FLM teaching was obviously higher than that from traditional classroom, no matter inside or outside the class. And it made good effects on the four elements of WTC involving willingness of autonomic learning, willingness of cooperating with others,willingness of solving problems and willingness of being creative. But something like the easy-using of the learning website, interest to the learning videos, communication time with teachers(esp. on line chatting), the needs of teachers time and energy etc. are still required more improvements.
