Research On Longhui Folk Song

HuaYao is a unique ethnic minority in Longhui area, There are two types of HuaYao Folk Song:One kind named "Ye Shan", which is sung in Archaic Yao language and formed in the early microfiber ethnic migration period. It spread in inter-ethnic but unfortunately almost lost now. Another kind is sung in Chinese. With HuaYao migrating to Longhui, They are created by Han and HuaYao. Thus, They have not only national characteristics but also distinct regional characteristics."Folk song is the art form integrating literature, music, performance." Research on HuaYao Folk songs are more concentrated in muscic, literature research level is relatively less. Based on the current study situation, This paper focuses on literary study of HuaYao folk song.On the basis of field investigation, This paper discuss Folk humanistic background, subject matter content, features and value of HuaYao Folk songs. It includes four chapters:The first chapter is introduction, involves the present research situation, the research content,purpose and methods.The second chapter is the cultural ecosystem of HuaYao Folk songs. Based on the field survey results, using the perspective of cultural ecology, This chapter discusses the unique natural geographical environment, social environment and folk beliefs, customs and other cultural environment impact on HuaYao Folk songs. The effect is mainly analyzed from two aspects:creation and spread.The third chapter is the theme classification of HuaYao Folk songs. According to the classification of "Chinese Ballads" and combined with the actual Huayao Folk Songs, Folk Songs of Huayao themes divided into labor songs, political songs, ritual songs, life songs love songs and Historical legends songs. We can borrow the Perspective of Folklore and ethnology unscrambling the Cultural connotation of HuaYao Folk songs.The fourth chapter is the characteristics of Huayao folk songs. This chapter using the perspective of folk literature, summarizes the ontology and process characteristic of HuaYao Folk Songs. the ontological characteristics of the Yao folk songs is the content and form of "the people" characteristics, the process characteristics refers to characteristics of the creation and spread. That is, collective, oral, inheritance and variability, and the combining spread and creation process.The fifth chapter is the funchion and value of HuaYao folk songs. Because of the wide use of HuaYao folk song, the HuaYao folk song has many functions, which are mainly embodied in the function of education, entertainment and folk custom. The value of HuaYao folk song is divided into two categories, the value of knowledge and the value of aesthetics.
