Achieving the ideal effect of intangible cultural heritage protection, we must resort to diversified measures to expand the single way. The key point of this protection challenge is to deal with the transmission problem. Nowadays, multimedia is not only the tool of people’s lives and study, but also is an important medium for cultural transmission. This study focuses on the perspective of intangible cultural heritage protection to join the application of multimedia with together, and it is important to make multimedia to become active participants in the protection so as to provide the method of solving the transmission problems of the intangible cultural heritage in this era of Internet.To pursuit the desirable effect, this study connects the content of certain intangible cultural heritage protection with the modern new media technologies, which includes innovative artistic means, various transmissions and optimized user experience to improve the validity of transmission on the new mobile platform and enhance the influence. The idea of this paper is that one of the innovations of intangible cultural heritage protection is on the basis of multimedia design, and finally results in the optimization of multimedia interactive product after the user experience.The study includes mainly three parts, the research of intangible cultural heritage protection, multimedia design and visual communication design. And the content of the research is to collect the information of intangible cultural heritage through digital means and convert it into more innovative (ones through artistic design including graphic design, animation design, typeface design, background design, and interactive design and so on). The final design will be exhibited on mobile multimedia products, and disseminated and promoted through the Internet. This study aims to explore the diversity of intangible cultural heritage protection which is one of the effective means to transmit and inherit the cultural legacies. |
