A Study On The Phenomenon Of ’fuyao’ In The Song Dynasty

"Fuyao" phenomenon in ancient Chinese society has been thought as a focus point, because of the emergence, pop and being banned by the thought and culture, social mentality, concept and space borne etc. factors’influence, especially with the political environment being closely related. Song Dynasty society is a transformation period. I analyse "Fuyao" phenomenon, reveal the response of all strata of society to the "Fuyao" phenomenon, investigae the state bans, promulgate etiquette and custom’s relationships and changes in the paper. It helps readers understand the Song Dynasty social changes.This paper studies the "Fuyao" phenomenon itself, explaining the interpretation of "Fuyao",classifying the types of "Fuyao". I analyse the resons about the Song Dynasty "Fuyao" trend by five aspects from the ideological and cultural, the public mentality, the commodity economy, the urban communication space and the political situation. On this basis, I use tables and charts to count "Fuyao" number and "ban" number, in order to explore the social strata’s attitudes to the "Fuyao" phenomenon. Finally I analyse the Song Dynasty’s etiquette and custom’s contradictions and its relationships’ change by the "Fuyao" breakthrough point.The innovations of this paper are to carry out the Song Dynasty "Fuyao" phenomenon research in the system, to reveal the produce and popularity’s reasons, to explain the social from all walks’attitudes. The purpose of this study is in order to show the changes in the relationship between etiquette and custom of the Song Dynasty.
