There is a large number of children with autism in China. Autism has a variety of symptoms which troubled children’s normal life greatly. The development of robot technology provides a new way and great potential for autism intervention. But the existing research on the robot intervention in autism is only an experimental study of the individual intervention, and it has not formed a complete course. It is necessary to develop a training course for children with autism. This study is based on NAO-Robot technology to create a complete rehabilitation curriculum model in autistic children, and develop the first social interaction rehabilitation training program for children with autism in China and form a curriculum framework for the promotion.This research use the design of top-down vertical structure, including six aspects: curriculum, plot, module, function, software and hardware. On the basis of hardware and software, combined with the principle of robot function programming and rehabilitation training to form a diversified module. Then combine the modules to develop the personalized courses according to the specific goal of rehabilitation.This study also investigated the clinical application of rehabilitation training course based on NAO-Robot. The results show that, the NAO-Robot can cause great interest in autistic children and the rehabilitation training with NAO-Robot can improve autistic children’s attention and behavior ability.
