In this paper, through the comparative study of several books with the same name "Mongolian issue" in the 1920s to 1930s, I want to analyze the Mongolian and Chinese scholars’ position and views about how to solve the Mongolian issue. I must analyze and compare several books about the writing background, important content and writing characteristics. Under the background of national crisis, scholars hoped to express the ideal of saving the nation with knowledge, so as to cause the attention to the problems of Mongolia and provided ideas and policy Suggestions. According to the national stands, Chinese scholars analyzed the essence of the Mongolian problems, especially wanted to reflect foreign invaders’ aggression, encouraged the people to resist the invaders; Mongolian scholars wanted to express the concept of nationality, country and the Mongolian national identity. They wanted to explore the outlet of the Mongolian, especially to cause the Chinese scholars’ approval of their ideas. The study of the modern Mongolian problems helps us deepen the further understanding to Mongolia. According to the historical perspective and the humanities concern, we can comprehend and restore five scholars and their ideas, regardless of cultural bias. These provide experience for us to build and reform the Mongolia area today. It also helps to accumulate more experience about national unity and national development.
