Gong Zhao is an important Mongolia poet in the late Qing dynasty, who has run for political office for four dynasties:Dao Guang, Xian Feng, Tong Zhi and Guang Xu. He had left "Jiuwujingyinguanshicao" of 2 volumes, which is composed of 535 poetries, and "jiuwujingyinguanshiyucao", which is composed of 47 poetries. Gong Zhao’s achievement on poetry has influenced both the development of his family literature and Chinese poetry writing of Mongolia poets deeply. Furthermore, via the study of Gong Zhao’s poetry, it can be illustrated the Monglia’s gradually acceptance to Chinese culture and the social change in the late Qing dynasty.This paper makes four aspects researching about Gong Zhao, including his family background, life experience, interpersonal communication and poetic works. By completing a comprehensive and systematic carding and research to Gong Zhao’s poetic works, the paper studies his poetry’s artistic characteristics and the factors deeply. The contents are divided into three chapters:Chapter 1 "Study on Gong Zhao’s family background and his life experiences", which will start from the original materials to make a detailed research of Gong Zhao’s family background, family literature and his own life experience.Chapter 2 "Study on Gong Zhao’s interpersonal communication" tries to study Gong Zhao’s interpersonal communication circle mainly concentrating on several periods in his life:the period attending upon his father, taking up the post of Longyou, resigning and returning hometown, and being the officer of Ezhu till death.Chapter 3 "poetic world in Gong Zhao’s poetry". The general style of Gong Zhao’s poetry resembled the style of the late Tang Dynasty. And his poetry has various characteristics.Taking the clue of Gong Zhao’s life experience, the paper will analyze his poetry from three aspects composed of human affection, describing the scenery and describing objects, recording things and expressing emotion, and concentrate on concluding the content, characteristic and change of the style of the poetry.
